House Democrats Block Bill Against Infanticide For Fourth Legislative Day In A Row

On Monday night, for the fourth time in the last four legislative days the House has convened, Democrats blocked Republicans from calling a vote against infanticide. U.S. Representative Mark Walker (R-N.C.) asked for unanimous consent to bring U.S. Representative Ann Wagner's (R-Mo.) Born Alive Survivors Protection Act up for a vote.
